FAQ

Q1 : I am interested to place my order online. How do I set up my account?
A1 :Click on ‘REGISTER' at the top right corner of your screen. Key in your personal details and agree to our terms and conditions. Your account is now ready. You will receive an email notification to your email address.

Q2 :I've forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
A2 :Click on 'Forgotten password?' when you login. Enter the email address you registered with, and further instructions will be emailed to you.

Q3 :How do I start ordering?
A3 :Click on ‘DELIVERY MENU’ on the main page navigation bar. Start by adding items from the menu to your shopping bag. If you haven't logged in, you need to sign in before adding items. When you've finalised your order, click the 'Check out' button at the bottom of your shopping bag.

Q4 : Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
A4 :Yes, a minimum order of  SGD30 applies to online orders

Q5 : Is there a delivery surcharge?
A5 : A delivery charge of SGD5.00 is applicable for every order. And Free Delivery for orders above SGD100.00.

Q6 :What are the payment options available to me?
A06 :You may opt to pay with credit card (visa/mastercard) via our paypal account and we do accept cash upon delivery of food.

Q07 :How do I check the status of my order?
A07 : Click to login from top right and then login into the system and then click on My Account and check your order status there.

Q08 :Where can I change my account info?
A08 :Once you've signed in to the site with your username and password, select "My Account" from the top menu. You can change your account information there.

Q09 :Are my credit card details safe when using this site?
A09 :Yes. Our payment provider, Paypal uses SSL encryption which is the industry standard level of protection. At no time is your card details kept on our database.

Q10 :Why can’t i see the padlock or https:// in my browser?
A10 :Once you navigate to the payment page the padlock and 'HTTPS' security indicators are visible.

Q11 :How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A11 :Our Online Order operates from 11AM -  6PM, Monday to Saturday.  All orders will be delivered within 2 hours on the same day to the address stated.  For special orders catering to corporate events, private events or birthday orders, ONE day in advance notifications will be necessary to process the order, once it has been completed; we will deliver your order as per the date and timing stated by you.

Q12 :Which countries do you deliver to?
A12 :Our “Online Shopping” deliveries are currently only available to locations within SINGAPORE. We do not shipped overseas.

Q13 :I'M HAVING PROBLEMS ORDERING. WHAT'S WRONG?

Q14 :MY SCREEN IS NOT DISPLAYING CORRECTLY, WHY?
A14 :Are you using Netscape 4.7 or another old browser? This site does work under old browsers but may appear incorrectly. You should still be able to use the site but we recommend that you upgrade to maximise your shopping experience. You can download the latest versions from the following sites: Netscape / Internet Explorer / Firefox.
